Whilst supervision is an ethical requirement in counselling practice, it is so much more than just a necessary part of the job. Supervision is a space to reflect on your working practice, work through any difficulties you are having with your clients, and importantly; a space to recognise your achievements and to set goals for your future practice.

Supervision helps to uphold your ethical practice, discuss theoretical concepts and supports your wellbeing as a therapist, helping to identify any areas you might need to take to personal therapy. Your relationship with your supervisor provides you with a safety net for you and your clients.

I provide one-to-one person-centred supervision of an hour, or ninety minutes, either in-person or on-line.
